What is a Smartphone Fast?
A smartphone fast is a period where you intentionally abstain from using your smartphone entirely. This does not include your laptop or primary work device.
Smartphones are the gateway to endless scrolling and numbing out.
We can live and function effectively for short periods of time without our smartphones.
Use this 5 day challenge to regain confidence, reconnect with yourself and build better habits.
How It Works
- 5 Day Challenge is designed for your regular working week starting on Sunday and ending on Thursday.
- You will recieve the Digital Fasting Primer upon signing up.
- Every day you will receive an email guiding you through the challenges and issues you may be experiencing. Each email comes loaded with tips and action items to support you through the fast
- On Thursday evening (CET) we meet on a group call to celebrate and learn how to re-introduce our smartphones back into our life with intention and skill.
