Reclaim your ability to think clearly, feel deeply and participate meaningfully in the world around you

There’s a quiet grief most of us carry, a sense that something essential is slipping away.

Lives half-lived through screens.

Attention distracted. Energy and motivation disappearing. Forgetting parts of ourselves.

Screen Liberation is a slow, honest return to coherence, where your tech serves your life, not steals it.

How I can Help

I use a combination of approaches to support a gradual change in identity, behaviour and mindset towards your screens.

Habit Formation

Let’s build slow discipline through gradual and progressive experimentation towards new long term behaviours. Let’s co-create rituals to serve your deeper values.

Conscious digital practices

We will develop awareness of your triggers, rebuilding your identity in relationship to screens and practise healthy engagement within as supportive and accountable framework.

Lifestyle design and device engagement protocols

Develop intentional, sustainable ways of interacting with technology that support, rather than disrupt your focus, creativity, and wellbeing. We’ll co-create  engagement protocols tailored to your personal and professional rhythms, helping you access deeper states of concentration, experience true rest, and maintain clarity within a frenetic digital environment.

Client led coaching

I help you take the only genuine path to self-growth. To stop immediately distracting away from the discomfort, let’s name the issues and face them head on and then work together to overcome the challenges that will arise.

Testimonials

“I have been struggling with chronic tech usage my whole life. Now I have shown myself that I can set boundaries about usage that I can adhere to consistently. Give it a try and you may be surprised what a change in perspective may open up.

Wanted to stay anonymous

I became more aware of how I was engaging with screens. It helped me pause and reflect. Hereward brings a thoughtful and non judgmental presence that makes it easy to reflect and explore changes at your own pace.

About me

A Certified coach (MOE), Digital Wellness Coach

Digital wellbeing

I’ve lived the experience of digital unwellness all the way down and up again. It’s brought me to my knees in shame, frustration and sadness. I know the drain on life and self-confidence it causes.

My approach is grounded in the belief that compulsive screen use isn’t a failure of willpower and can be overcome.  My background covers many domains, science, social work and start ups and now coaching. I’ve followed a ethical and spiritual path of service for my entire career.

My Approach

Rather than treating screen use as simply a behavioural issue, I invite clients to explore the root causes of their compulsive technology use with compassion and curiosity.

We then
slowly rebuild and reclaim connection to life through slow discipline, lifestyle design, and implementing conscious digital practices in clients’ professional and personal life.

Your Process

The process is not prescriptive. It’s emergent. We will work iteratively and intuitively tracking emotional triggers, identity patterns, and unmet needs that manifest through digital behaviors. We will map your digital landscape and then begin the process of reclamation, testing, tweaking, and anchoring new practices into your lived experience.

Long-term digital wellness isn’t about setting rigid behaviours,  It’s about personal literacy  learning to tune into what brings coherence, vitality, and meaningful productivity into your life.

Unique Perspective

This undertaking requires bravery, fortitude and a willingness to step into the unknown. Despite the challenging nature of the undertaking, I see recovering and living digital wellness as an opportunity to repattern our entire way of relating to time, energy and ourselves
